For me, outfit inspirations come from everywhere: nature, seasons, books, and of course, pinterest.  Here’s a collection of the pictures that are inspiring me right now: some stuff I have, some stuff I’m still looking for, but all of these pictures make my heart happy.  Enjoy them!

I can’t resist a floral pump, and this one is vintage from the 60s.   Almond-toe, perfect heel height and width, and a bow!  All shoes should be this gorgeous.

A modern take on Miss Havisham from Great Expectations.  I love the idea of used grandeur: it’s sort of beautiful when oppulence decays.  This picture makes me want to wear old fur coats and pile on the costume jewelry!

It’s time for another tattoo for me, I’m getting the gnawing urge to put something pretty on my body.  This one is so beautiful, and I love the unexpected colour!

I love everything about this picture: the fur, the perfect orange dress, the socks and shoes, her hair, the fact that she’s standing against a tree…this is seriously the perfect fall outfit pic!

Ok, seriously?  This skirt is BEAUTIFUL.  Like, wow.  I have been looking for something like this ever since I found this picture, and when I do, you’re going to see it a lot.  Like, a lot.  For a while.

This girl is so adorable!  Very Zooey Deschanel.  I have red tights and a polk-a-dot dress and…actually, I have all of it except the neck bow.  Must get the neck bow.

I’m getting my hair done soon and it’s going to be red!  My inspiration?  This picture of the beautiful Ms. Myrna Loy.  I love the Bachelor and the Bobby Soxer and Mr. Blandings Builds his Dream House, but those movies are in black and white and I didn’t know she had such gorgeous hair!!!!  I was looking for the perfect red shade anyway, and I believe this is it.  Belissima!
