I got them after about a year and a half of want (I even had an appointment booked last summer, but called it off) and another year of thought. So I felt pretty confident taking the plunge. These are my first colour tattoos, my first big ones, my first highly visible ones…it was daunting! But I love them, and after having them almost a month, I feel a bit different. Like a more confident, badass version of myself. They’re not badass of course, they’re princess Hermione and a horse in pretty cameos, but still. I had them done the night my final papers for my degree were due, thus completing my undergrad in psychology. Pretty great grad gift, if I do say so myself 😉
