Odessa Style: Bubblegum Plaid

My blogging has been sporadic lately, and for that I apologize.  We had a little time off at my school, and remembrance day was in there, and I just kind of relaxed like a madwoman.  It was pretty nice!  Now it’s back to the grindstone to finish the semester.

I wanted to start a series on my niece Odessa, who will be 7 years old at the end of this month and is quite  a snappy dresser.  She shows up sometimes in these outfits that are simply inspired.  I can’t wait to see how she dresses and what her career will be as an adult, but until then, I want to have a record of her creativity and style, and maybe apeal to a younger crowd?  You’re never too young to read blogs…;)

*Please excuse the blury pictures, I have no idea what happenned…camera training is imminent!*

How cute is she?!? She combined different shades of pink and added her brown uggs for comfort. I think they're great contrast, too!

The lanyard was her reward for being chosen "dancer of the month" at her dance school, so she's wearing it with everything.

Odie (her nickname) does her own hair, which ranges from loose waves to big curls depending on the day. She's very architectural with her dos, I'm always fascinated by them.
