It’s our third wedding anniversary today!!!  I snuck out of the house last night and put a card and some treats in Jeff’s work van for him to find this morning.  I thought he probably wouldn’t remember to get me anything, but he gave me a card and some candy (my hubby knows my penchant for sours) in bed this morning.  Shame on me for my lack of faith!  Tonight we’re going out to dinner and a movie and I have an outfit that he’ll like all picked out, and I’ll show you all tomorrow.

Today’s outfit was conceived in my mind months ago, when I found a thin puffer vest at Costco.  I thought a black and white plaid shirt would be perfect for it, but haven’t been able to find one yet. Then a few days ago, I stopped by Value Village and they were having a 50% off sale for cardholders.  WHAT!  I made sure I was cardholder (had it in my wallet the whole time!) and proceeded to find some gems, among them this shirt.  And this is how the fancy lumberjack was born.
