here’s the dress on the anthro site: I always have to mentally add curves to anything modeled online, and fortunately this dress looks great on straight and curvy girls!
Yesterday Jeff and I celebrated our third anniversary, and it’s actually the first that we’ve spent together because of me moving away for school. Needless to say, we were pumped! We went to the Cactus Club for dinner because J got a gift certificate from his work for Christmas. Maybe it’s me getting older, but somehow a free dinner on a special occasion is like, ONE HUNDRED times better than paying for it. Anyway, we had steak and I had two martinis. Two! We celebrated, we reminisced, and we talked about the year to come. We’re both really excited about what’s next in life, and feel so lucky to share it with one another. I may be gushing, but if you can’t gush on your anniversary, when the heck can you? I’m lucky to have found my person, and I remind myself of that every day.
I chose a grey dress to wear because he loves me in that colour. *The pictures are a bit weird because we took them right before dashing out, so there are some shadows that I’m pretending are supposed to be there.* The leopard shoes spice it up a bit, as does the red I think. This dress was on sale at anthropologie, and the shape is great, plus the fabric is unreal. It’s this soft felt-like material but stretchy like a wetsuit. If every dress I own could be this fabric, that would be amazing!
