I love a polk a dot however I can get it, so when I found this dress at Gap factory I couldn’t resist! It’s pretty forgiving, though I have had to spray it with anti-static spray a time or two to keep it from clinging. This outfit is fairly typical for me: a little dress, a cardigan, some cute shoes. We tried taking some outfit photos inside since we’re heading into the time of year when we’ll have to be inside more, and I wanted to see how the background works. I think it’s pretty good, actually! This is the kitchen banquette my hubby built out of Ikea upper cabinets, and I upholstered. I love this corner, and hopefuly you don’t mind it since you might be seing it a lot in future…
In other news, I’m working on a new e-store! I’ve been wanting a “shop my closet” section for awhile, and now I found a great site for it! I’ll be working on it in the next few weeks between school assignments, so stay tuned 🙂

Eek! You are so adorable! And I am soooo happy you get so much use out of that bag ❤ such a good purchase from little old Whitecourt.
LOOOVE this outfit (well I love all of your outfits ;))
You’re so sweet, and adorable as well…miss you!
Would you just come style me while I’m in Toronto? I just look like a slob most days with messy writing hair and cozy sweaters.
Rachel, I would do that in a HEARTBEAT. You know it! Maybe you should write a tv show about a philosophical stylist? I’d watch that.
