I woke up early to drive my Mom to the airport.  She left for Italy, and I’m so jealous right now!!!  The only consolation is that she works hard and does so much for all of us, she deserves a beautiful vacation…even without me 😉

The rest of the day has been spent getting groceries and buying socks, then home to write and put presentations together for networking, all wearing my new booties!  I just got these form Aldo, and have seriously been wearing them every chance I get.  They’re cute and warm and comfortable, perfect with boyfriend jeans or a dress and tights.  I was going to get black booties since I already have brown tall boots, but I think the beige is more flattering and versatile for me; especially with the front dip.  Scarves and tights and booties, OH MY 🙂
