I know, I know, who takes a business trip to Cuba?  The answer: ME, when I worked as a fundraiser for Worldserve Ministries.  The trip was spent touring around Havana and Holguin, visiting home churches and pastors that our non-profit supported.  Needless to say, I was much more blessed by the people we visited than they were by me, and it’s a trip I’ll never forget.

Here I am showing a sweet little guy my camera.  His Dad had a computer in their home until a hurricane destroyed it, so he was familiar with technology and enchanted by my little point and shoot.  He took some good pictures with it, too!  I still can’t get over his smile in this picture: what a little heart-breaker, amiright?
